Some of your information about Seesaw in inaccurate. It is possible to copy and edit notes and publish BOOK CREATOR projects as a movie. I haven’t used Showbie, I use GAFE with older Ss. I am investigating using Seesaw this year with the older Ss. Maybe I should look at Showbie…
Yes you are absolutely right you can publish a Book Creator project as a video. But then it is no longer an eBook it’s a video. The files are not saved in an editable format which is the important distinction (for me at least) when trying to explain the difference. Thanks for reminding me though!

GAFE, Showbie and Seesaw are all great in very different ways!
It would be interesting to have a chat (maybe via email) with you about GAFE! I have been trialling it with some of our older students using a mix of iPads and Chromebooks.
